Due to fact that these 3D models are custom made, returns will not be accepted.

Should there happen to be issues during shipping (breakage) I will work with you to make it right.

If any issues haven't been relayed to me (Nightmare 3D Collectibles) within 5 days of receipt, the product will be considered "as is"

When it comes to commission work all sales are final and can not be cancelled once the 50% deposit has been paid.
